Protecting your data

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NORYWA processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies in particular. Where applicable in an individual case, the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are also taken into account.

1. Controller

2. Data processed when visiting the website

When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically required data. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, transferred data volume, browser and operating-system information and the referring website.

This processing enables secure and stable operation, error analysis and protection against misuse. The hosting provider generally deletes web-server and error logs automatically after two weeks.

3. Hosting and email

The website and email service are operated by:

World4You Internet Services GmbH
Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3
4020 Linz
Austria

When you access the website or send an enquiry, personal data may be processed on systems belonging to the hosting and email provider in Austria or within the European Economic Area. NORYWA concludes the required data-processing agreement with the provider.

4. Contact and pilot enquiries

When you use the form or contact us by email, we process the information you provide. The form collects your name, hotel or company, email address and message.

We use this information only to assess and answer your enquiry, prepare a pilot call and, where appropriate, establish a pre-contractual business relationship. It is not shared for third-party advertising purposes.

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are generally deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. If a contract or statutory retention obligation arises, the relevant records are retained for the legally required period.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website currently uses no analytics, marketing or personalisation cookies and no external tracking services. Technically necessary functions operate without creating a user profile. If this changes, this policy will be updated before deployment and consent will be obtained where required.

6. Recipients and disclosure

Access to personal data is limited to Patrick Riedl and technical service providers where necessary for hosting, email, security or maintenance. Data is disclosed to additional parties only where required to handle an enquiry, where a legal obligation applies or where you have consented.

7. Data security

NORYWA takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The public website is delivered using encrypted HTTPS. Email is encrypted in transit where the participating mail servers support it; ordinary email is not necessarily end-to-end encrypted.

8. Your rights

Within the scope of applicable data-protection law, you may request access to your personal data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You may withdraw consent with future effect and object to processing that is not mandatory.

Send requests to hello@norywa.com. We may request suitable proof of identity to prevent unauthorised disclosure. You may also contact the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the website, services used or legal requirements change. The version published on this website is the applicable version.
